Q: Wholesale Availability
A: We are happy to provide the option of wholesale for customers who wish to display our products in their brick and mortar shops, vet clinics, grooming facilities, etc. Just contact us for more information!
We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and/or minimum order quantity at any time, without prior notice. Our products are subject to TDP branding.
Q: Can I leave a review?
A: Yes! As a small online business, we rely on reviews. You have two options;
- You can visit the product you purchased and manually submit a review there. OR;
- If you have opted in for emails, you will receive an email 14 days after your order has shipped, which will invite you to leave a review there.
Q: Pet Tag Sizes
- Small Bone pet ID tags are 1.5 inchesx 1 inch in size - allow for a max of 2-3 lines
- Large Bone pet ID tags are 2 inches x 1.3 inches in size - allow for a max of 3-4 lines
- Small Round pet ID tags are 1.25 inches in diameter
- Large Round pet ID tags are 1.5 inches in diameter
Q: How long will my order take?
Orders typically ship within 3-7 days of your purchase. We strive to be on the faster end of the spectrum. Each item is handmade-to-order. We do offer rush service on a limited basis - email us if you need your order rushed.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on custom or personalized items.
(personalized pup mugs, ID tags, placemats, etc.)
Returns/Exchanges are accepted on apparel, and unpersonalized items, provided the following:
If you receive your item and there is an issue, you MUST contact us within 3 days of being marked delivered. Items must be in unwashed, original condition if returned. You MUST provide us with return tracking. Sufficient return packaging/protection is customer responsibility. If the item is lost or damaged in on the way back to us, we are not liable to complete the return. Exchanges are allowed for the same item, but different size ONLY. Returns will be refunded once the item is back in our possession. You will be refunded for the cost of the item, not shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your non-custom item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-custom apparel can be exchanged for a different size ONLY. You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Special consideration will be made during the holiday season (Nov 1 - Jan 31).
We only replace custom items if they are delivered defective or damaged. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery.
Cancellations are only accepted if you have not received a proof, and your order has not been packaged for shipment.
Typical non-returnable items:
Custom Tags, Bowls, Placemats, Cartoon Mugs, Custom Apparel, etc.
Proofs will be sent within 3 business days of your purchase date. Please do your best to respond within 48 hours. Edits to proofs will be sent within 48 BUSINESS hours.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY FOR SPELLING AND PHONE NUMBER ERRORS. If you approve the proof, it will be printed. We are not responsible for errors after your item is made. If you receive your item and there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We do not send proofs before purchase due to the volume of orders we receive.
The Dapper Paw is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by The Dapper Paw. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.
The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against The Dapper Paw, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.
We operate MONDAY - FRIDAY evenings. We provide proofs on some items within 1-3 days of your purchase, "days" means business days. If you purchase on Saturday, the latest you will receive your proof is WEDNESDAY. If you need help with something on the weekend, we will do our best to answer messages. The chat option is also available!
TheDapperPaw reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of TheDapperPaw and cannot be used without our permission.
Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor or phone screen you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on his or her computer/phone screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our fabrics/tags/bowls/placemats as they actually are. Please keep this in mind.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular priced items may be returned for refund, or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returns/exchanges must be sent via trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
