Payment is required within 24 hours of invoice being sent. If your invoice is unpaid, it will be cancelled. 3 unpaid invoices is grounds for loss of wholesale privileges.
Please check your invoice for accuracy - once paid, the invoice is FINAL.

Discounts are not able to apply to wholesale orders unless otherwise specified or advertised.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ):
The only item MOQ is for apparel, MOQ is 5 per design.
Opening orders require $100.00 minimum
Repeat orders are $65.00
We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Our average apparel TAT is 2 weeks. Mugs & other accessories average at 5-7 business days. During market & holiday seasons, our TAT may be longer. Processing starts the next business day after your order is placed.
Custom designs are welcomed. Proofs will be provided after purchase. Minimum order quantity for a custom design is 12 units for sublimation, 20 units for screen printing. MOQ are in place to cover the cost of custom design & supplies. We do not charge a set up fee.
The Dapper Paw reserves the right to reproduce custom items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of our completed work are the property of The Dapper Paw and cannot be used without our permission.
Items are subject to Dapper Paw branding, included but not limited to: branded sticker on bottom of mugs, "DP" included on shirt design, etc.
You may use our photos to promote the sale of our brand at your store. Please provide accurate credit & please apply your watermark whenever possible.
You must sell your items at or above 2x wholesale.
If you are selling lower than this you will be removed. These are high quality items worth every penny, we are protecting the image of our brand.
We sell on Faire, Abound, FashionGo and Hubventory. We also have a facebook group! If you would like a link to our store on one of these platforms, please email us. Please note that each platform may have different minimums, order packs, options, etc.

Your items will ship from either Liberty, MO or Lawrenceburg, IN. Pick-up is available on request only. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order & destination zip code. All shipped orders will have tracking. All shipments go out Mon-Fri. No shipping occurs on holidays.

SELLING ON THIRD PARTY SITES IS PROHIBITED
To remain a retailer, you must sell direct to consumer through a physical shop or website owned & operated by you and your company. Selling our goods in the following ways is prohibited and may result in the refusing future orders:
- Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)
- Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)
- Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our made-to-order small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrived damaged or are flawed in some way. However, please contact me right away if unhappy. A restocking fee may apply.
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 5 days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues.
Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor or phone screen you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on his or her computer/phone screen may not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our products as they actually are. Please keep this in mind.
